How we started
Founded in 2022, Impact Beyond School Walls (formerly;Beyond School Walls) was born out of a passion for education and youth empowerment. We have since grown into a vibrant community of learners, mentors, and changemakers.
Since our inception, we have empowered over 2,000 young people to become confident leaders and proactive members of their communities. Our alumni have gone on to start their own initiatives, volunteer in various capacities, and excel in their personal and professional lives

Emem is the Creative Director of iBSW, with over 10 years of experience in youth development and social change. Emem founded Impact Beyond School Walls in 2022. Her visionary leadership has been instrumental in defining the organization’s mission and driving its growth, empowering young minds to create lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
Udeme brings his extensive expertise in leadership training to IBSW, where he has been instrumental in designing and implementing our programs. His innovative approach has enriched the learning experiences of countless participants.
Esther brings a wealth of creativity and expertise to this role. Her dynamic designs and engaging content play a key role in communicating the organization’s mission and impact that inspires and connects with supporters, partners, and the community at large.
NkeseAbasi is passionate about growth and development. She enjoys exploring new opportunities and experiences. In her role at iBSW, she provides essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination within the organization.
