PROGRAM FRAMEWORK FOR iBSW

1. EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT

This category focuses on any programs aimed at providing educational support, enhancing knowledge, and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

>>Edu Enhancement Project: This is part of the Education & Empowerment focus. It’s designed to enhance educational opportunities for underserved students.

>>>Outreach as a Project: This involves school visits for moral sensitization, career talks, civic obligations, and more. It also falls under Education & Empowerment, as it’s an outreach aimed at raising awareness, imparting life skills, and inspiring action.

>>Back-to-School Outreach: Providing essential study materials to students in underserved rural areas, promoting educational access and equality.

2. HUNGER RELIEF AND SUPPORT(including Vulnerable Children)

This category focuses on providing direct support through food distribution and other initiatives aimed at alleviating hunger and supporting vulnerable populations.

>>Christmas on the Street (COTS): A heartfelt initiative created to put smiles on the faces of families and individuals during festive periods by providing food and other essential items.

>>Motherless Visits: Offering beyond-the-usual support to orphanages, creating memorable and impactful experiences for the children by organising mentoring exclusives within their reach.

3. GENDER INCLUSION AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD)

This category encompasses initiatives that promote gender equality, supporting the development of girls and young women, alongside their male counterparts.

>>Project 100 Girls in Tech: Equipping girls with digital and technological skills to thrive in a tech-driven world.

>>Pad-A-Girl Child: Pad donations and health talk addressing period poverty.

>>Choose Life Conference(Boys Children Conference:  Empowering youth to make informed decisions for a purposeful and impactful life.

5. CAMPAIGNS AND COLLABORATIONS

At iBSW, we conduct online and offline campaigns to raise awareness and address wellness issues affecting young people and their communities. This campaigns include:
– Choose Life Campaign…The Boy Child Matters +boy child care campaign
-Menstral Hygiene and Period Poverty

4. YOUTH MENTORSHIP AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAM:

>>Teen Girls’ Meet:
Mentoring exclusive specifically for teen girls, focusing on self worth, leadership, community-building, and personal development.

>>Teen Boys’ Meet:
Mentoring exclusive specifically for teen Boys, focusing on Increased self-confidence, leadership, community-building, and personal development.

>>Mentoring Clubs (Boys & Girls):
Ongoing mentoring clubs that provide impact lessons and continuous support and guidance for both teen boys and girls in schools.

>>Mentoring Clubs in schools
Teen Boys’ Meet Club & Teen Girls’ Meet Club: Sustaining mentorship and developmental activities through school-based clubs.
